This year's VNA Easter Egg Hunt &and Bunny Visit took
place on Saturday April 23, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:30 am
on the grounds of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer
at the corner of Pierce & Ingleside avenues.
VNA provided the Easter Egg Hunt complete with refreshments and a visit from the Easter Bunny! Neighborhood children of all ages were welcome to come and join in the fun and pose for pictures with the Easter bunny.
Each Spring an Easter Egg Hunt with a visit from the Easter Bunny is planned and organized within the neighborhood to permit children and families an opportunity to celebrate this fun tradition. The younger children have their own area to search ensuring opportunities for all to be successful, while the trail blazing older children are provided a much larger berth to roam and collect.
