The Properties Committee stays abreast of planning, zoning and other issues effecting properties in the Vineville Historic District. Please contact chair Ron Lemon with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

The Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission provides Design Guidelines for Historic Districts in Macon-Bibb County. Being aware of and following the guidelines and regulations when making renovations to your property will help maintain the architectural heritage of the structures in our district.

Macon water restrictions as of June 10, 2009:
Even-numbered addresses may water Mon., Wed., and Sat.
Odd-numbered addresses may water Tue., Thur. and Sun.
Watering is permitted any time of day on your designated day.
Watering is NOT permitted at anytime on Fridays.
